Rekart, a subscription management platform designed for businesses in the milk and food industry, owned and operated by Abmiro Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Rekart platform (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Rekart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Rekart provides subscription management software that helps businesses in the milk and food industry manage customer subscriptions, track orders, and optimize delivery processes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Customer Information Upload: You are solely responsible for uploading accurate and complete customer information to the Rekart platform in order to use the system’s features effectively. This may include customer names, contact details, subscription preferences, and payment information.

Data Accuracy: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload complies with relevant laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.

Account Setup: You are responsible for setting up and configuring your Rekart account, including customizing subscription plans, delivery schedules, pricing, and other system settings according to your business needs.
5. Requesting New Features and Customizations
As a client of Rekart, you may request new features, modifications, or customizations to the software to better suit your business needs. However, please note the following terms regarding such requests:

Feature Requests: If you would like to request a new feature or improvement to the Rekart platform, you may submit a feature request through our support portal or via direct communication with our customer support team. While we welcome feedback and suggestions, we do not guarantee that all requests will be implemented.

Customization Requests: Customizations to the platform, such as changes to existing features or the addition of new functionality specific to your business requirements, are generally not included in the standard subscription. If you wish to request customizations, we will provide a proposal for the associated costs, timeline, and technical feasibility. Customizations may be subject to additional fees.

Evaluation of Requests: All feature and customization requests are subject to evaluation by our development team. We will assess the feasibility, priority, and impact of the request in relation to the platform’s overall roadmap. Depending on demand and business requirements, some requests may be considered for future development, while others may not be implemented.

No Guarantee of Implementation: By submitting a request for new features or customizations, you acknowledge and agree that Abmiro Solutions Private Limited is under no obligation to implement any requested changes. 7. Point of Contact from Client’s Side
To ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues, the client must designate a primary point of contact within their organization:

Client’s Primary Point of Contact: The client agrees to designate an individual from their organization to serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Rekart, including training, technical support, and billing inquiries.

Client Responsibilities: The designated point of contact will be responsible for coordinating communication between the client’s organization and Abmiro Solutions, and ensuring that necessary actions, such as training scheduling or feature requests, are handled in a timely manner.

Notification of Changes: If the primary point of contact changes during the course of your subscription, you agree to notify Abmiro Solutions promptly and provide the new contact details.
8. Service Availability
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or updates may cause temporary unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abmiro Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abmiro Solutions Private Limited, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
